Upon receipt of your booking request, we will send you an offer of accommodation confirming the price and other details. Changes to your reservation are possible by mutual agreement, or when significant changes are due to circumstances beyond our control.
Our Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total reservation amount.
- All cancellations must be sent either in writing to our registered address or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then contact you to confirm the cancellation.
- Cancellation of stays 13 to 8 days in advance – 50% of the total price.
- Cancellation of stays 7 to 1 day in advance – 80% of the total price.
- In the event of a no-show, we will cancel your reservation and require a fee of 100% of the total price.
- Should you have any serious reasons for cancelling your reservation, we may reduce or waive the fee altogether at our discretion.
